This is a 18 Ct Solid Gold San Francisco Cable Car, There is a Small Lens mounted on top of it. We can peep through the lens facing the light to see the Golden gate Bridge, Cable Car, Union Square, Fishing fleet. In fact those tiny Pictures are printed on a micro film attached under the lens!
